The following are optimal suggestions that
will allow Sondra’s presentation to be the most successful.
They are, however, not absolutely necessary and we are glad to
discuss other options with the client.
Audio-Visual
Requirements Wireless
lapel microphone
If a wireless microphone is not available, Sondra requires a
lapel microphone with at least a 30 foot cord.
Laptop computer with Power-Point software
For back-up, not only will Sondra e-mail her presentation ahead
of the engagement for pre-loading, but she will also bring
it on cd media.
If a laptop is not available, Sondra
can provide her own.
LCD projector
For front-screen projection,
please place the projector either near the ceiling or in a corner
of the room so that Sondra’s movement will not interfere
with the image.
Screen
Staging
If there is a stage in the room, please allow
at least at least six feet for Sondra to move
around. She does not use a podium.
Lighting Please have the room
lights as high as possible while still allowing for clear viewing
of the Power Point presentation. If possible, dim the screen
area, but leave full house lights on during the program.
Audience
Seating
One sure-fire way to sabotage the success
of a meeting is to have the attendees too spread out within a
large room. Any effort you can make to have the audience close
into the stage and reasonably close to each other is appreciated.
