All requests for materials and information
will be met in a timely and courteous fashion. |

Sondra will arrive early at the meeting
sight and will promptly inform the client of her arrival
to avoid any unnecessary anxiety or confusion. |

All fees and expenses will be reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with the services provided. |

Proprietary information regarding
the clients and his or her organization will be kept confidential
unless permission is granted for its use. |

Sondra will communicate regularly
and promptly with the client regarding program contents,
scheduling, and logistics. |

 |
Sondra will comply with client wishes
regarding product sales and self-promotion from the platform. |
