Support Materials

Sondra’s presentations are perfectly supported by two of her products:

  1. Her bias-reduction presentations are supported by her book Making Diversity Work: Seven Steps for Defeating Bias in the Workplace. This skill-packed volume directly amplifies and reinforces the material covered in Sondra’s talks and is, therefore, ideal for pre-purchase and distribution to each audience member.

Making Diversity Work can be purchased at substantial bulk discounts direct from the publisher.
For discounted orders of 10 or more, please contact Kevin Cooper of Kaplan Publishing at kevin.cooper@kaplan.com or 212-618-2414.

  2. Sondra offers a self-published book titled “Getting ‘Culture Smart’™: Ten Strategies for Making Diversity Work that is perfect as a backup for more general diversity-related presentations. If purchased in bulk, the covers can be customized with the client’s colors, logo, and diversity statement. Click here for more information.
